History Of Architectural Engineering
Q: I am looking for sources of information about the history of architectural engineering in the U.S. For example, I would like to know where the first few degree programs were and when they were established. I am also interested in the current state of architectural engineering education in other countries. Here in the U.S., new architectural engineers practice as consulting engineers who design building structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, and not as architects.
