Help Need Name Of GOOD Divorce Lawyer ???

Q: My wife and I are separating/divorcing. She's going for the juggle......... Does someone know a good lawyer with a terrier instinct? I need one fairly quick. Also, how much does he charge.

A: -That doesn't exist, never existed either. You think your wife is going for the jugular, they'll go for the bone marrow. A mediator will always win you time, stress, and saves you a whole bunch. Ideally find a mediator+lawyer combo. They can charge less and will try to resolve issues rather than make them worse to get paid more. -there are only a few that specialize--in ONLY divorce--use them if you want the best. They are listed in the yellow pages. You need Rosen. They are specialists and the best in town. They have a web site that is better than any website in the country on divorce, even has calculator for child support that all the other lawyers in town use! But go see every divorce lawyer in the yellow pages as fast as you can. That way your wife cannot use any of them -Your last statement gave a possible reason for the break-up......"How much does HE charge?" Seems like a good FEMALE attorney, against a woman after your stuff, might know about terriers!!!

As they say, "If you have to ask the price...you probably can't afford it." What county will she file in? Quick and divorce don't usually work in same sentence. -Sorry, have to disagree here....Rosen is overpriced and not very well respected by most of the lawyers I've spoken with. I visited Rosen on a consultation. $200 later, all I was offered was a down the middle settlement with no thought towards any special circumstances...NEXT. I would recommend Robert A. Miller in Raleigh. Not only an outstanding Divorce attorney, but also a top notch litigation attorney if things get nasty (they did with mine). At least speak with him and hear what he has to say.
