Heartburn And Reflux Remedy Report
Q: My heartburn isn't really bad yet, but it would be nice to be prepared
with something just in case it takes a turn for the worse. The deal is,
I need something that has no sugar and preferable no aspartame, so Tums
are out. Also, it needs to be low in carbohydrates and have little or
no natural sugars (like fructose and lactose). Milk is completely out
because it really raises my sugar levels. Oh, and I've been eating
almonds (which I heard help) with many of my snacks, and maybe this has
been helping somewhat, but just in case they can't help with the
advanced stages of this pregnancy induced situation of misery, I need
other ideas.
If anyone can think of anything, no matter how off the wall, please let
me know. Also, does Malanta and those products help with heartburn and
does anyone know if they have sugar in them? And, do they generally
cause a bit of constipation (a side effect I'd much rather avoid if
possible)?
