A: I have zero experience with workplace harrassment procedings, and I ask the following questions strictly out of curiousity. What happens if the offending guy and his buddies just lie and say he never said those things? Does the complaining guy require witnesses to what the guy said? What happens if the offending guy is found to be guilty of the complaints against him; does he automatically get fired, or does he just have to attend senstivity training sessions?
