Harrasment Attorney
Q: The person in question was an attorney at WCG. She was not helpful in doing
anything to assist us for the damage her company's incompetence caused us.
She said they had no obligation to compensate us for the gross breach of
privacy that lead to the Joe-Job. So I obtained her home address and phone
number, added it to the bounce message for anyone who contacted us re: the
Joe-Job. I don't see why I should spend time fielding abusive calls and
emails and explaining how come MY email address was used for the porn
mailing. WCG's attorney can do that for me. I would've regarded it as a
breach of privacy, but the attorney made it quite clear what she thought of
privacy. WCG's attorney was quite happy for US to field abuse and threats
because of THEIR negligence in dealing with this so unprofessionally.
A: Let's get this straight now. I haven't asked anyone to send death threats to WCG's attorney. That was NOT my reason for posting her details back to those who contact me regarding the spam they got. Anyone who gives my email address to a spammer to send out child-porn mailings is soliciting death threats for me. I've had quite a few. But you're not responsible, right? You only gave my address to the spammer, and it was him who sent the mail. WCG ignored my privacy request and their privacy policy. Their employees can deal with it. I'm the victim, not WCG. When WCG are not at work, the abuse comes
