HELP - Advise Us On Buyer's Rights???
Q: Here's the situation. We are in the process of purchasing a 15 year old brick home. The inspection report showed 2 major items of concern. First, the roof has had hail damage and needs to be replaced. The second item of concern is the on one wall where there is evidence of a water leak. According to our realtor, the owners said that they were aware of the water leak but it has since been repaired. We're not convinced that the leak has been repaired.
