Good Immigration Lawyer In CA???

Q: I'm new to this board and I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I'm ready to start my visa application and want to find a good (and not too expensive) immigration lawyer in Los Angeles. I have some prior convictions in the UK so I need to find someone who will be able to help me with a waiver as well. I have had a quote from one firm of $4000, does this sound like a reasonable rate?

A: -It depends on what services the lawyer is going to provide. Get it in writing. Did the quote include services for resolving the criminal conviction issue? -call Bill: Attorney William Livingston is the principal in the Law Firm of Livingston & Associates, a law firm operating out of Southern California. William Livingston handles only immigration matters for his firm. He is available for inquiry by email at fiancee-vi...@prodigy.net or by telephone at (909)599-8304 and by mail at Livingston & Associates 205 N. San Dimas Avenue San Dimas, California 91773 Initial consultation is at no charge to the client. -You can consult with the Los Angeles County Bar Association Immigration Law Assistance Project

at 300 North Los Angeles Street in Los Angeles. Make sure you go in the entrance on the RIGHT of the Los Angeles Street entrance. Don't fret about the huge line to the LEFT. After a brief consulation, they can refer you to an attorney they trust. The current AILA chair in L.A. is Victor Nieblas-Pardis 213 365 8472. He is an excellent attorney and and all-around good guy. One benefit of being AILA chair with all its tsouris, you get contacted with questions. He might take the case or he will give you a person who will. Matt Udall who posts on this site is excellent. He is in Pasadena. I am told that I am excellent -- but I don't take business from this NG.
