Q: am a conditional permanent resident, my wife a USC. I was granted AOS
from H1B to CR6 this year.
I have a 14 year old daughter who is a UK citizen, living with her mum
in the UK.
My daughter visits me here in the US, and on a recent trip we talked

school in the UK.
I plan to become a USC when I qualify.
Can my wife file a petition based on my daughter being her step-
daughter? Is it better to wait until I am a USC instead?
My daughter needs to finish high school (16) before moving here,

is better than her applying for a VISA to study here.

She could go straight to college at age 16 if she passes the GED. I

in college. I was friends in high school with a girl who was two years
younger than the rest of us -- she graduated high school at age 16. I
think she had quite a difficult time in school -- not academically but
in terms of social development. I think if it were my daughter I would
have her go to high school here -- to
