A: One assumes that if the case is in litigation, you have an attorney. One also assumes that you are suing the company. If the company cannot show the basis for the complaint, then you probably have a case. However, not knowing which state or country you are from, and no more details makes it difficult. since I am assuming you ahve an attorney, you should probably ask him/her. sounds like a wrongful termination suit is necessary here. You should shoot for about a years pay and settle for 6 months and put it behind you.
