A:- Last year I was made redundant having served 13 years at the forefront
of corporate mobile telecommunications, from Vodafone Corporate where
I managed Customer Services Technical Support, started and
co-ordinated the Corporate Product Training Team and was responsible
for the provision of technical support at shows and exhibitions,
through to Dolphin Telecom where I became responsible for the
inception of Dolphin Product and Services Training Team specialising
in training their channel, the Training Support Team specialising in
training corporate customers and as a member of a European product
management team, developed fast track product awareness and training
programs alongside their manufacturers.
after a short sabatical I am now back in the marketplace to kickstart
my new career in any of the following fields Product Management,
Product Training, Account Management or similar preferably in Mobile
Telecomms but as a change is as good as a rest and I've already had
the rest I would onsider a move to another industry.
