Electronic Harassment

Q: Are there any guidelines on dealing with illegal electronic harassment (emf/elf electromagnetic weapons and stuff). I am having this issue myself.

A: I presume you are an American. Sadly, there are federal laws in place that should provide a remedy for this abuse (notably 18 USC 241, 18 USC 242, and 18 USC 245), but these laws are not enforced. I recently sent the following question to Congressman Dennis Kucinich's presidential campaign. So far, there is no response. I wish all the candidates would consider it. "Will your administration enforce the federal civil rights laws with vigor and integrity? Will the complaints of aggrieved individuals receive due attention? Will the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the only agency mandated to investigate violations of these laws, build a case against perpetrators, even those -- especially those -- who wield public authority? Will the Department of Justice prosecute such cases assiduously? "That

failing, will you consider including in your Cabinet a new official with investigative and prosecutorial power, a Secretary of Human and Civil Rights, whose authority in such matters would supersede that of any other federal or state official, including the military and intelligence agencies? "Will you place before Congress a Constitutional Amendment that would allow the Supreme Court to serve upon any government official, including yourself, a writ of mandamus, thus providing remedies short of impeachment in cases where officials simply refuse to enforce the law? "Will you protect and serve the people, as government in a democratic republic is supposed to do?"
