Doea Anybody Know About The Driving Theory And Practical Tests?
Q: How many questions are there in the theory test? are they the same for
everyone or they have a few sets? where can i get info to study those
codes specially for the test? it costs $79 for the test, so it's high
risk if it can fail you easily.
then it comes to the practical test, what do you usually do and do you
need to do some training with the learning centre before hand? and what
do they test?
A:In the theory test, there are around 30 by memory. At least when I
did it in '97. 25 multi choice and 5
questions asked by a traffic cop. I got 29/30. I'm a legend.
I suggest you do a bit of training with a company. Costs a fair bit
but they know EXACTLY what you need to improve to pass.
In the restricted test they are quite lenient, unlike the full test where
they fail you for any minor mistake. I shit you not. This restricted test
is/was 30 minutes long, and they test 3 point turns, reversing, indicating,
lane changing, merging, and stopping at stop signs. STOP AT STOP signs or
you will fail straight away. They are VERY strict on that. Same as
crossings. Slow down at crossings. They also test using mirrors correctly,
and using gears correctly if you use a manual. They also supposedly test
parrallel parking, but no one I knew ever had to do that in a test.
