Q: Do sexual harassment laws go too far?

A: sexual harassment is a problem and the laws are a good thing...if there used maturally. no one should get fired for lets say patting someone on the back but yes we do need sexual harassment laws to keep things "under control". but maybe there can be added precautions to the punishment
