Distance Learning - Online Courses, Recommendations.
Q: Can anyone suggest any decent on-line/distance learning courses on UML or intermediate level and beyond Object oriented analysis and design. Its very hard for me to get to a local college. The one on-line course I took at NYU was fair. The content was excellent, but I felt there was minimal interaction. -I am an accounting professor at California State University at San Bernardino. I teach extensively online and use FrontPage 2002 to create many of my course materials. I am concerned about the need to conform to SCORM and related standards affecting internet-based, distance-learning materials. Are the materials that I create with FrontPage 2002 and upload to my website "standards compliant?" I would appreciate hearing from other faculty members who are dealing with this issue.
