A: -Manage the research, design, development, production and evaluation of training for our client to ensure quality products are delivered on time utilizing production designers, assistants and consultants. Respond to the needs of the organization to improve performance in order to achieve business goals. 1. Interface on a regular basis at all levels with the client from Vice President to entry-level positions to analyze needs and gather information for project management. Prioritize projects and manage time and resources accordingly. 2. After research, articulate the organizational impact and job performance needs of target populations and communicate to senior management and employees in the training department 3. Ensure that performance consulting standards are used by all designers/ consultants to translate job performance expectations into integrated learning experiences 4. Develop documentation in support of training materials and develop training materials on selected topics 5. Set up and maintain instructional standards for the entire training cycle to include all media and delivery methods and any supporting training materials and activities beyond the classroom environment 6. Manage a Training program Design Specialist to ensure quality and timely work that meets the specifications of the department and the customers. 7. Manage a Training assistant to assist with production work 8. Manage a desktop publishing enterprise, staffed by consultants 9. Set and maintain standards for ‘look and feel’ of all training materials production 10. Investigate and establish new, alternative methods of training, including computer bases training (CBT), computer assisted instruction (CAT), multi-media and video conferencing 11. Interview, select, and supervise individual training consultants and training firms on a project-by-project basis. Ensure consistent, timely and high quality standards from all training sources 12. Set up, organize

and run continuous training advisory councils or committees to participate in training projects 13. Participate as a major player in strategic planning for the Sales Training and Management Development Department, working closely with the Manager of sales training and Management Development an all training issues 14. Develop and maintain a project management system to track the research, design, development, delivery and evaluation of all GNA training, new and ongoing 15.
