Q: he rules in the student handbook define sexual harrassment as "unwelcomed sexual advances " . A boy on the bus is dared by two girls to show his penis . He does . The next day he is expelled for sexual harrassment . Should he have been expelled ?
A:The boy should be suspended for exposing himself. Period. Not because it was sexual harrassment, because it clearly was NOT sexual harrassment considering they ASKED him to do it. However this is inappropriate behavior no matter if he was dared or if he was just hot.
However the girls HAVE clearly broken the sexual harrassment rule and should be suspended to the full extent.
