Can I Threaten Someone For Sexual Harrasment If...?

Q: Can I threaten someone for sexual harrasment if...? Well, its not really sexual harassment. I just want to freak them out. Here's the story, well I have a film's account on myspace and I am only 14. it doesn't say any personal information or have any pictures of me. Well some woman wrote a message to me saying, "Hey, how are you?" I don't remember who is on my friends list I have too many so I didn't bother looking for her. I didn't want to be mean and loose fans so I wrote back, "Very well, and you?" And she sent me, "Hey, I'm sue. I have been using this site called blah blah and i want to meet you. I'm waiting foryou to add me and stuff like that. I wrote back, "Um, I'm 14...just incase you were wondering." I mean, it says that on my profile in bold. So like, can I freak her out with "Sexual

harassment" or am I not allowed to (by law) becuase I wrote back? I'm not trying too sue. Just find it funny freaking people like that out. I mean, i have no pic and info, i don't want a date obv. i want people too see my videos.

A: You have a bigger problem than this if you have so many "friends" on your list that you don't remember who is on it. Do you know the meaning of a friend? No, you cannot threaten "her" with sexual harassment. There was nothing sexual about the e-mails. (unless the site blah blah was a porno site) You don't seem to know anything about her. Is she another teenager? Is she an older woman? Is she really a man?
