Wal-mart has everything you need to buy for the new baby and the dollar stores have the smaller items used for the fillers. Don't forget the wrapping paper and cards, ribbons and bows. On the higher end of baby gifts there is always the trip to the jewelers. Gold and silver may be purchased to suit the needs of the baby whether it silver cups and spoons engraved with the name of the baby. The birth date may be added at a later time. Sometimes an indirect gift for baby is a gift for the parents. A gift of champagne and glasses to raise in celebration of the new arrival.
