Are There Any Math Tutorials Online?

Q: I'm moving into game programming now and would like to get into 3D development. 3D game development (and game development in general) requires the programmer to know a lot of math and physics. Problem is, way back in high school, the most advanced math class I had was Geometry. No Calc, no Trig, no Physics. What I'm looking for is a way I can learn the rest, short of going back to school. I'm looking for any really good math learning sites online, or any books that are tailored towards the smart adult wanting to learn advanced math on his/her own.

A: That's an extremely broad question. Have you tried the classic book "Computer Graphics: Principles and Practice" by Foley, vanDam, et al? At 1174 pages (last numbered page in my copy), it might keep you busy for a day or two. The primary math I see in there is related to matrices, so might indicate that you need to be fluent in Linear Algebra. By now, I expect some of those procedures are implemented in hardware and in common library functions - but knowing those basics can't hurt.
