Acid Reflux Apple
Q: Recently I ordered something called the Apple Cider and Vinegar diet. Pills
you takes before meals.
I had a family friend sometime ago claim she lost poumds drinking her own tea
with apple cider and vinegar added it it, so I thought I would try the pills.
My questions here are generally: Has anyone here had any experience with the
product, and does it send you to the bathroom more often
A:The Apple Cider Vinegar diet has been around for a long time, at least
30 years, and I believe many years before that.
our family friend could well have lost weight, but it had EVERYTHING
to do with eating fewer calories than her body needed, and ABSOLUTELY
NOTHING to do with the pills.
If it helps you to limit your caloric intake - great.
Here's another idea -
Look at your normal foods you eat, and cut out the highest calorie
items which add little or nothing to your total nutritional needs.
Simple carbs and rich processed foods are good suspects.
If you add some regular exercise, you'll feel better, look better, and
burn some extra calories to boot.
If you change your food eating habits and exercise for the better,
you'll have less acid reflux (heartburn), lower cholesterol, better
muscle tone, better motor skills, etc.
And you don't need to buy any pills
