AILA Attorney, Info???

Q: I would appreciate receiving some input to this question. I am considering getting an immigration attorney to assist me with a K3 visa for my husband even though the I-130 had been approved the same day as the I-129F. I feel as I would like to have a lawyer in case I have questions as what to do with this situation. I have gotten so many different opinions from people as to what I can or should do. My husband is from a Middle-East country and we got married the first week after we met in person. We had met on net and communicated for about eight months before our meeting. So, I am afraid there will be some red flags to deal with. Do you think it is important than an "immigration" attorney should be a member of the AILA (American Immigration Lawyer Association?)

It is no guarantee of competence -- but it does indicate the lawyer is interested in the field to lay out some bucks.
