Pakistan mosque blast 'kills 20'

BBC -

At least 20 people have been killed after a suicide bomber detonated a device at the entrance to a Shia mosque in north-east Pakistan, police say.

Dozens of others were injured in the blast south of the capital, Islamabad.

A religious congregation attended by upwards of 1,000 people was taking place at the mosque in the Chakwal area of Punjab province.

A day earlier eight paramilitary soldiers were killed in a suicide attack on an Islamabad security base.

Eyewitnesses described the bomber as a male teenager dressed in black.

A doctor at a nearby hospital said more than 60 people were injured and that some of them were in a critical condition.

...based on some of the recent stats that I have seen is that we don't actually see reporting on every incident. The level's massively significant (on the order of one every few days/every day). Does anyone know if Bob Pape's team is collecting comprehensive data on these?

actually hit the headlines but I usually see a line or two about them in the Daily Times. What concerns me is how close it is to Kashmir and what that could mean. The Pakistani Army is never going to fully attack their western border problems as long as there is tension around the eastern border. Competing forces are literally tearing the country apart.
